Astra’s 66th Anniversary, for Today and the Future of Indonesia

JAKARTA: Astra is turning 66 on February 20. The celebration held today (2/22) to commemorate its 66th anniversary was attended by Astra President Director, Directors of Astra, and employees from various regions in Indonesia. The big theme for this year’s anniversary is “Astra for Today and the Future of Indonesia”.

The event was followed by the awarding of the Astra Awards, the highest accolade given to Astra Group companies for outstanding performance in terms of the 3W concept (Winning Concept, Winning System, and Winning Team) in 2022.

“Entering its 66th year, Astra has realized investments in new business portfolios that are expected to be able to contribute, as well as maintain Astra’s relevance and growth for Indonesia today and in the future,” said Astra President Director Djony Bunarto Tjondro.

Astra is continuously preparing for current and future challenges in order to take part in fighting climate change and meet increasingly high customer expectations.

As of now, all of Astra’s seven business lines have conducted reviews to develop future roadmaps that balance current and future needs, as well as actively assessing potential and compatible business sectors for Astra.
