14th SATU Indonesia Awards 2023 For Today and the Future of Indonesia

JAKARTA: Semangat Astra Terpadu Untuk (SATU) Indonesia Awards is back this year and open for registration starting today (3/6) to search for young individuals and groups who have contributed to their community and environment through the field of health, education, environment, entrepreneurship and technology. Registration is open from March 6 to August 6, 2023, at https://sia.astra.co.id

“Astra has presented SATU Indonesia Awards since 2010. We hope that with our consistency in organizing this event, we can continue to find many more young Indonesians who work selflessly for their community as well as support the creation of sustainable living that is in harmony with environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects for Indonesia today and in the future,” said Astra Chief of Corporate Affairs Riza Deliansyah.

To mark the commencement of the 14th SATU Indonesia Awards 2023 registration, Astra held an inspirational talk show AstraTalk today at Catur Dharma Hall, Menara Astra building, Jakarta, with speakers Prof. Nila Moeloek (Lecturer of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia and judge of the 14th SATU Indonesia Awards 2023), Diah Suran Febrianti (Astra Head of Environment & Social Responsibility and judge of the 14th SATU Indonesia Awards 2023) and David Hidayat (recipient of the 2022 SATU Indonesia Awards in the Environment category).

In the session, the two judges hoped that the current young generation could unleash their unlimited creativity to contribute, as well as collaborate with other young people to continue to inspire people around them.

Meanwhile, David emphasized that the younger generation must be resilient in order to protect the nation and their community.

In addition to sustainability, participants will also be evaluated based on their motives, obstacles, outcomes and outreach. Judges for the 14th SATU Indonesia Awards 2023 are:

  2. Prof. Emil Salim (Lecturer at the Environmental Science Postgraduate Program, University of Indonesia)
  3. Prof. Fasli Jalal (Rector of YARSI University and Postgraduate Professor at Jakarta State University)
  4. Ir. Tri Mumpuni (Founder of People-Centered Business and Economic Institute)
  5. Onno W. Purbo Ph.D. (Information Technology Expert)
  6. Arif Zulkifli (President Director of PT Tempo Inti Media Tbk)
  7. Dian Sastrowardoyo (Artist)
  8. Billy Boen (Founder of Young On Top)
  9. Boy Kelana Soebroto (Astra Head of Corporate Communications)
  10. Diah Suran Febrianti (Astra Head of Environment & Social Responsibility)

This year, Astra again partners with Tempo, Antara, Kumparan, IDN Times and Young On Top.
